About 99DIG

99DIG.com provides digital tools, information services and guided workflows designed to support property-related understanding and decision-making.

99DIG Real Estate Intelligence allows users to enter property information, select an assessment purpose and property type, provide supporting information and receive a structured digital assessment output.

02

Scope of the 99DIG Service

99DIG provides a digital assessment workflow based on information submitted by the user and other information that may be relevant to the selected assessment process.

Available services, assessment purposes, property categories, data fields, report formats and platform features may be updated or expanded over time.

99DIG is designed as a digital property intelligence and assessment platform. It does not automatically replace professional services that are legally or institutionally required to be carried out, certified or approved by a suitably qualified person.
03

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide to 99DIG is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to provide it.

Users should:

  • provide information honestly and accurately;
  • review information before completing an assessment;
  • avoid deliberately entering false or misleading information;
  • upload only documents or photographs they are permitted to use;
  • protect their account credentials where applicable; and
  • use assessment results only for an appropriate purpose.
04

Property Information Submitted to 99DIG

The platform may request information relating to a property including land extent, building details, property type, location, ownership interest, survey information, photographs, market evidence, Google Maps location and additional notes.

The exact information requested may differ depending on the property category and assessment purpose selected.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, 99DIG may rely on information supplied by the user when preparing the assessment.

05

Assessment Results

Assessment results are generated using information available within the selected 99DIG workflow at the time the assessment is completed.

Results may be affected by incomplete information, incorrect inputs, changes in the property, market movements, location factors, available supporting evidence or other property-related circumstances.

Users should consider an assessment result together with the information, assumptions, notes and limitations contained in the relevant workflow or report.

06

Formal, Statutory and Professional Use

Certain property-related purposes may require an inspection, report, certification, signature or approval from a person holding specific qualifications, registration, licensing or institutional authority.

Where such a requirement applies, a 99DIG digital assessment should not be represented as fulfilling that requirement unless it has actually been satisfied.

Users are responsible for confirming whether an assessment is suitable for the particular bank, public authority, court, government institution or other organisation for which they intend to use it.

07

User Accounts and Access

Some 99DIG services may allow or require users to create an account.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for activity performed through their account.

Users should contact 99DIG if they reasonably believe that their account has been accessed without permission.

08

Payments and Paid Services

Certain 99DIG services, reports or features may require payment.

The applicable price should be displayed before the user completes the payment process.

Payment may be processed through payment methods or third-party payment providers made available through 99DIG.com.

Payment Confirmation

Access to a paid assessment result or report may depend on successful confirmation of payment.

Refund Requests

Where a refund request is applicable, the circumstances of the transaction, whether a digital service has already been generated or delivered and any applicable payment-processing restrictions may be considered.

09

Digital Reports

A 99DIG report may include property information supplied during the assessment, supporting evidence, relevant notes and an assessment result.

Report structure may differ depending on the selected assessment purpose, property category and available information.

Users should retain their own copies of important reports and source documents.

10

Acceptable Use

Users must not use 99DIG to:

  • knowingly submit materially false or deceptive information;
  • misrepresent a digital assessment as a professional certification when it is not;
  • bypass website security controls;
  • gain unauthorised access to accounts, files, reports or administration functions;
  • copy or extract protected platform logic for unauthorised commercial use;
  • upload malicious software or code; or
  • use the service for unlawful activity.
11

External and Third-Party Information

A 99DIG workflow may allow users to provide information from external sources including map locations, comparable property information, market evidence and supporting documents.

External information may change, become unavailable or contain errors.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, inclusion of external information does not mean that 99DIG has independently verified or guaranteed that information.

12

99DIG Intellectual Property

The 99DIG name, website design, original written content, assessment workflow, software components, interface elements and other material created specifically for 99DIG remain protected to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Access to 99DIG.com does not transfer ownership of the platform, software or underlying logic to users.

Users may use legitimately obtained assessment reports for appropriate purposes subject to these Terms and any limitations stated in the relevant report.

13

Service Availability and Technical Changes

99DIG aims to keep its services available, but continuous or uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed.

Maintenance, updates, hosting issues, internet failures, security measures, third-party interruptions or technical problems may temporarily affect the service.

99DIG may update its interface, assessment workflows, available property categories and other platform functions as the service develops.

14

Responsibility and Limitation

99DIG is intended to support property-related understanding and decision-making.

Property decisions may involve legal, financial, technical, market and personal considerations beyond the information available through a digital assessment.

Users remain responsible for decisions they make and for obtaining additional professional advice where reasonably required.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, 99DIG is not responsible for loss arising solely from inaccurate information supplied by users, unauthorised account use, reliance outside the stated assessment purpose, or matters that could not reasonably be determined from the information available to the platform.

15

Privacy and Information Handling

Property and contact information submitted through 99DIG may be processed for purposes connected with operating the service, generating assessments, providing support, maintaining security and administering legitimate website functions.

Further information about how personal data is collected, used and handled should be provided through the 99DIG Privacy Policy.

16

99DIG may revise these Terms when the platform, services, payment arrangements or operational requirements change.

The latest version published on 99DIG.com will apply from its stated effective date.

17

Restriction or Suspension of Access

99DIG may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the platform, users or integrity of the service.

This may include suspected misuse, fraudulent activity, security threats, deliberate interference with the platform or serious breaches of these Terms.

18

Applicable Law and Interpretation

These Terms are intended to govern the use of 99DIG.com and its digital services in accordance with laws applicable to the operation of the service in Sri Lanka.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove any legal right or obligation that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

If one provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions should continue to apply as far as legally possible.
